No baby feedings. No nappy changes. No kids! It was a heavenly trip to the mall.


But, Alas! I couldn’t find anything! All I thought about was….my tummy.

I was in despair.


I went back and forth through the aisle multiple times, trying to get one outfit for myself. I came home empty-handed.


This made me realize the painful fact that I was fat.


As a mum with 4 c sections and an umbilical cord hernia removal surgery, exercising or any type of workout was not a solution.  


I was unsatisfied with my body. I used to be athletic and played sports as a teenager. I had a hard, fit tummy. After the kids, I developed flabs on my stomach.
